Cancellation & Return Policy

All products sold by stoneshop.in are from reputed principals. All warranty/guarantee is directly provided by respective principals, whose contacts are supplied with the goods.

Cancellation of Order

Product cancellation at stoneshop.in is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, you need to call on +91 12345 67890 or mail at sales@stoneshop.in with order number. Each order cancellation will incur 5% handling amount or Rs. 300/- whichever is higher. If the product has been dispatched to given address, total deducted amount will include the shipping charges as well.

Returning an Excess Ordered/ Wrong Ordered Item

To return the item which is not physically damaged/no parts or accessories are missing/not different from the product that was ordered, you have to mail to us for return approval. When the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product. All shipping charges for returning the product will be incurred by you for returning the product and resending new item inlieu will have to be paid by you in advance.

Returning Defective Item

In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual and accessories received with the product. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use. Exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability.

All returns have to be informed within 24 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we will not be liable for return/exchange.

Refunds

A notification will be sent to you, once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Refund will be done within 30-45 days from the day of receipt of your item..

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

All shipping charges for returning the product will be incurred by you, and the shipping charges for resending the new item inlieu will be paid in advance by you. Shipping costs are non refundable.
